ERR 5K to 10K Program

Join us to train for a 10K. This 10 week program will help you feel confident running your first 10K. The program will focus on training techniques, fueling your body, and strength exercises. Come join our group to train smartly and efficiently. We will meet as a group one evening a week for instruction and training. A Saturday 8 AM  group and a Thursday PM group run are available.

$60 Fee ($55 ERR Members) includes:

          * Tuesday evening group training and instruction meeting 6:30 pm 

          * Optional Saturday 8 AM group Run and Thursday 6:30 pm group run available

          * T-shirt

ERR will have a 10K run in June date to be determined


June 7th is a 10K race EC10K, the ellicott City 10K Registration NOT included
