Our annual winter challenge  - Now named Frosty Footsteps

Walk/Run 1 mile a day  - OUTSIDE - for 6 weeks

Registrants who complete the challenge will get a fleece earband 

The last day of the challenge coincides with the Shiver Shuffle 5K.......   isn't that convenient
